Learning connected and learning communities
From 17:30 to 19:30
Summary:

Connected learning is possible thanks to technological advance and incorporation of tools for sharing knowledge, for instance, in virtual campuses of universities through virtual environments of teaching and learning, such as open code platforms like Moodle or Sakai. The inrush of Massive Open Online Courses (MOOC) in education has allowed to bring over knowledge of the main universities to the rest of the Society. The experience of MiríadaX, the first Iberoamerican platform of this type of courses since 2013 until now, allows us to show the possibilities to learn, create and share in a training level and their implications for labor market.

The development of new initiatives of social impact like ScolarTIC, a space of transformation, innovation and educational quality through their free courses, altogether with the establishment of a great congress and the tool “Mi Comunidad en red” involves opportunities for personal and professional development.
