GOALS CIEDO 2025

The objectives pursued by the 8th International EDO Conference "Collective learning and intelligence in organizations after the pandemic" are:

 

  • Analyze and discuss the new approaches and strategies used in the processes of creation and management of collective knowledge and, above all, those related to the culture of learning in organizations.
  • Promote the exchange of research, experiences and good practices on the promotion of conversation, social and informal learning in the workplace and the learning culture in organizations.
  • Value new learning formats, collective intelligence and social participation in the development of professionals and their organizations.
  • Promote joint lines of work between the Academia, Public Administration and the private sector on the culture of learning and collective intelligence in organizations.
  • Share and promote the key role of people in the development of organizations and society, making personal, professional, institutional and social development compatible.
