This contribution addresses the learning that has remained on training after the pandemic generated by COVID-19 and the changes that it has generated in business, educational and public administration organizations. It collects the more than 100 contributions selected and presented at the VII EDO 2023 International Congress, providing studies, reflections and evidence of the changes made, from a critical and scientific perspective, abandoning what are mere speculations or proposals only supported by novelty. Beyond maintaining the traditional review of the functioning of communities of practice and other ways to promote and organize collective knowledge, currently significant issues are addressed such as the management of ignorance, strategies to improve the performance of professional teams, learning and relearning of organizations, the limits of innovation, collaborative learning from reflective practice, evidence-based decision-making, continued professional development or the challenge of intergenerational relationships.
Contributions that we hope serve the needs for updating and professional development of human resources managers and technicians and trainers, managers and scholars of all types of training centers.
